How to apply
You can apply online & offline both process-

Offline process
For DDA Housing Scheme 2014 form will be submitted between 1st September to October 9. You can get your form from these banks Kotak Mahindra Bank, Axis Bank, State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Syndicate Bank, IndusInd Bank, Union Bank of India, IDBI Bank, ICICI Bank, Yes Bank, HDFC Bank, Corporation Bank and the Central Bank of India. Form value is 150 rs. After 20 days of form submission will be draw. To apply you will have to deposit Rs one lakh as registration amount. If you do not have your name in the draw, then the amount will be refunded later. EWS flats for those applying for the registration amount will be Rs 10,000.

Online Process
Online applicants can pay the registration money of Rs.1 lakh through NEFT, RTGS or net banking, DDA said. Payment through cheques, multiple bankers' cheque or multiple demand draft, credit or debit card is not acceptable.

The salient features of the scheme

  • Within a year will have to pay to get a draw.
  • Depressions 1.25 per cent at the expense of old flats will be cut, meaning it will be cheap.
  • Conveyance deed of sale shall be five years.
