You will get the 'Grilled Portobello mushrooms - (truffle butter, steamed edemame, artichoke ratatouille –at the Rs 725 or the 'Cajun and toasted pecan nut crusted Basa - a flakey lean fish from Vietnam, warm in caper sauce, potato layonaise – at Rs 695. Keen to preserve all flavours the, 'Parma wrapped chicken' - mustard veloute, potato crispy, a grilled vegetable at Rs 745 is digitally poached not only making it healthier but ensuring no flavours escapes. For the meat eater the ' Grain fed Irish Black Angua Sirloin steak' - 350gm, served with crushed potato, mushroom and pepper sauce –at Rs 1695 promises to satisfy.
