Techniques To Reduce Weight For OFFICE PERSON

In today’s fast life and with all fast food available easily it is very difficult to keep track on your weight, especially to the people who have to move as fast as time i.e., an office going person. Who grabs easy food that easily add to the bulgy skin rather than healthy salad that takes quiet some time.
But what can a poor office clerk can do as he barley get time to spend with himself and has absolutely no time to take a look at himself in the mirror to feel what he has become over months or years with his promotion.

A person  gets promotion at the steak of his or her health, as they will work longer in office for over time for extra money to spend than extra hours in gym for well toned body and indirectly or longer years to live. Junk food is not only ruining you from out side but also from inside.

We are not here to stop you from eating your favorites or make eat any think that taste horrible no matter how healthy it is, we will just guide through few things that you can try on daily basis to make your self look more attractive and also a little healthier than you were, these points are not to hard to keep in mind from next working days.


Here are few steps to get you your curve back:

  • Keep a track of your body weight and check it once a week to observe and to motivate your self.
  • Keep a picture of yourself if you had a great body in past o of some one like whom you want your body to be like in your room or in your desktop to motivate yourself.
  • Have a fixed time to have your meal, and try to stick to it so that you can make your body fell hungry only when its time to be.
  • Try to have heavy break fast, so that when working for longer hours you don’t get the urge for any kind of fast food.
  • At office replace your solid meals with liquid, like fresh juice coconut water, Lemonade and rarely market juice that so in small quantity and a lot of water.
  • Being on liquid diet also helps your body to clean itself and you will be able to see changes on your face also.
  • Don’t punish your self by being hungry for long time coz that will lead you to more and more urge eat as much as possible.
  • If possible take stairs instead of elevator or escalator if you are not getting late or even if you are waiting for some one take walk. 
  • If not doing any thing take small walk in office or play any mind storming games or talk to some one, so that you are able to keep your self busy or distracted when free.
  • Giving your self treat frequently is not a crime but try not having feast out of it.
  • Watch your plate try not to load it with food ever even if it your favorite or if the treat is on some one else.   
  • Take small bites and chew your food slowly, And replace your large plates with smaller ones and try to have plates of blue color as it is believed that blue color takes your appetite quantity lower.
  • Don’t stick to same kind of food for over and over again keep a variety, if possible search online for tasty and healthy food.

Be strong and set your mind or else any of the above mentioned technique will not be helpful.
