Pay Your Electricity Bills Online-
Power distribution company BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL) has introduced a facility that allows consumers to pay their bills
through debit and credit cards.
Consumers in the BRPL served areas can use their credit and debit cards to pay at the company's Customer Care Centres and at the ATM type bill payment kiosks. Earlier, customers could pay their electricity bills through cash, demand draft and cheques at these two facilities.
Customers, who wish to use their cards to pay their bills at the ATM type bill payment kiosks, will be able to do so between 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on all days of week. These kiosks are installed at 19 Division offices.
“These bill payment kiosks or electronic drop boxes have been installed by BRPL at their Customer Care Centres and Division offices to provide customers with an option of paying their BSES electricity bill, without the hassle of standing in queues.
Customers will also be able to pay their electricity bills through credit and debit cards at 15 of the 19 Customers Care Centres – open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. from Monday to Saturday.
The remaining Customers Care Centres at Nizamuddin, R. K. Puram, Tagore Garden and Najafgarh will also start accepting payments through credit and debit cards.
