Availability of Nursery Registration Forms in Delhi Schools:-
Nursery admission process going to start from new year 2011. In Delhi NCR different schools dispatch nuresery registration forms on different dates. Documents to be needed during admission:-
(1) Child’s Original birth certificate issued by the municipal corporation some school also accept the certificate issued by the hospital.
(2) Proof of residence or passport /voter identitycard/electricity bill/MTNL bill/rental lease deed at least 6 months old.
(3) Proof of alumni or character certificate issued by the alma mater /school leaving certificate.
(4) Proof of sibling fee receipt /identity card.
(5) Proof of Income for EWS category or income certificate issued by the subdivisional magistrate of the area or any revenue officel not below the rank of tehsilder/food and supply officer, Delhi government.
(6) Affidevit in case of single parent.
(7) Certificate of disability in case of applicants with special needs.
(8) Proof of transfer or order of transfer /joining report stating date of transfer.
(9) Passport-size photographs of the Child and parents
Important Admission Dates:-
• Sale of forms begin on 1st January 2011.
• Last date to submit the froms will be 15th January 2011.
• Dispatch of fist list plus waiting list will be on 1st February 2011.
• Dispatch of second list will be on 28th February 2011.
• Admission will be closed on 30th March 2011.

Criteria of Admission:
Always before putting forth your application form go through the criteria has been set up by the school administration for the admission. Criteria of admission are subject to vary which largely depends on the popularity of the school.
Age Criteria for Nursery Admission 2011-12:
HRD minister Kapil Sibal presents proposal to raises nursery admission age to 4 yrs and proposes overhauling of the nursery admissions process to align with kids' and parents' interests.
Admission process this year:-As per the new guidelines issued by Delhi government on Wednesday, schools have virtually been given a free hand in the admission process for nursery this year. Now schools will have to allot 25% seats to students from the economically weaker section through lottery and for the remaining 75% seats, schools are free to decide the admission criteria.
Apart from the 25% EWS reservation, schools have full autonomy to decide for the remaining 75% seats.
The admission criteria will be available in public domain. So there is no scope of confusion for parents. The candidates who do not fall in any category may be taken care of under the management quota.

There are important dates by which you need to submit your application. The dates vary between local schools so it's best to check with the school and send off your form or apply online in plenty of time.
