Coastal Delights at Dhaba, 25th August to 5th September 2010

This monsoon the Dhaba presents west coast of India and brings back some traditional recipes from Goa and the Malabar Coast. You will get some traditional recipes from Goa & the Malabar coast, prepared by visiting Chef Maria Augustin M specially flown in from Thiruvananthpuram.
Besides this it offers a selection of traditional coastal beverages, vegetarian and non-vegetarian starters and main course dishes along with desserts. Choose from coastal beverages like Sol curry and Nariyal paani, along with starters like Kolambi koli vada, Marghi na farcha & Goan papad roll.

Timing: From 28th August 2010 to 5th September 2010 at 12.30pm-2.45pm & 7.30pm-9.45pm.
