Aisha in Multiplexes Today

It is the story of Aisha’s journey from being a girl to a woman who realizes that in pursuit of fixing everyone up, she might just lose her perfect match. Sonam, a self confessed Austen fan has been cast in the role of leading lady Aisha who belongs to the rich and elite class of Delhi. She believes in match-making and fixing other people’s life and her delectable charm and social ways only ease her ‘mission’ which is to act cupid and set people up.

Other characters include Arjun (Abhay Deol), a childhood friend, perfect Jane Austen leading man in every sense complete with a Wharton degree and a cushy job; Pinky Bose (Ira), Aisha’s best friend whom she tries to set up obviously and then there are a few more who fill in as the story moves forward.
